The Legislative Scorecards provide a snapshot of the actions Members of Congress took for the rare disease community in the 119th Congress. The scorecard does not include all bills that the rare disease community followed, but includes a portion.
In addition, legislators may have taken action in different ways which are not captured on this scorecard. For instance, Chairs of Committees and Members in leadership positions generally do not cosponsor bills, and can provide critical support in other ways. For this reason, members in leadership positions are noted in the last column.
