Syed Ejaz serves as the RARE Advocates State Advocacy Manager, helping organize rare disease patient advocates at the state level. Syed organizes multiple state advocacy days each year, convenes advocates and experts for quarterly RARE Advocates webinars, and helps mobilize patients to advance state level rare disease legislation. Syed previously worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, Consumer Reports, and the U.S. Senate for Sen. Claire McCaskill.
