Stephanie Siddiq serves as the Director of Development, bringing almost a decade of nonprofit expertise to the RARE Foundation team. Since joining the organization in 2022, she has been instrumental in executing comprehensive fundraising strategies and cultivating a diverse base of corporate stakeholders. She helps lead the strategic development of the RARE Foundation’s corporate alliances, aligning industry interests with the organization’s most critical mission-driven priorities. Stephanie holds a Master of Public Administration from the Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership in New York City.
