Lindsey Cundiff is a mission-driven leader with over 15 years of experience spanning policy, advocacy, and program management. She oversees the Community Congress program at the RARE Foundation, supporting a coalition of more than 385 organizations advancing rare disease policy and patient engagement. Lindsey strengthens stakeholder coordination through strategic communications, structured working groups, and program development that elevates patient voices and informs federal and state policy priorities. She is passionate about building collaborative spaces that translate community insight into meaningful policy action.
