Leigh Bethea is the Director of Events at RARE Foundation. She leads the strategic planning and execution of our high impact conference, advocacy events, and stakeholder experiences that bring together patients, caregivers, advocates, industry leaders, and policymakers from across the country. Before joining the organization, Leigh held leadership positions in event management, hospitality, and business operations, where she developed a strong track record of driving organizational growth, leading high performing teams, and delivering complex events. She is passionate about leveraging the power of events to strengthen communities, inspire advocacy, and create opportunities for meaningful connection that advances lasting change.
