Carrie Borrello is the Annual Giving Manager where she supports fundraising and engagement efforts that advance the RARE Foundation’s work on behalf of the rare disease community. A former educator of more than two decades, Carrie brings a deep commitment to advocacy, community building, and service. Her dedication to rare disease work is shaped by her personal experience as a caregiver to a child navigating an undiagnosed disease. Carrie previously served as the Fundraising and Engagement Specialist for the Undiagnosed Diseases Network Foundation and currently volunteers as the Nashville Connection Circle Leader for the nonprofit We Are Brave Together and is passionate about strengthening support and opportunities for individuals and families affected by rare diseases.
