Alyssa Terwall is the Vice President of Operations at the RARE Foundation. With a passion for creating experiences that bring people together, she joined the team in 2020 as the special events manager, building in-person and virtual experiences where advocates can come together to promote positive change. Today, while still overseeing the end-to-end logistics of Foundation events, Alyssa focuses on ways to support the RARE Foundation team – optimizing efficiencies, guiding financial management and strategy, and aiding in cross-functional collaborations. Prior to her time at the Foundation, Alyssa worked as an event director and marketing professional in the travel industry.
