Today, The EveryLife Foundation’s Director of Policy Dylan Simon, testified during the Advisory Committee for Heritable Disorders in Newborns and Children meeting addressing newborn screening efforts and initiatives such as the newborn screening bootcamp and the Modernization Roundtables.
The Advisory Committee for Heritable Disorders in Newborns and Children (ACHDNC) is the federal advisory committee that make recommendations for the Recommended Uniform Screening Panel (RUSP) and overall improvements that could be made to the newborn screening system.
